Vela Shape is the combined use of infrared (IR) and radiofrequency (RF) with roller and vacuum. The thermal energy from IR and RF will promote metabolism of fats underneath the skin, which subsequently causes fat cells to shrink. As a result, the skin becomes smoother and firmer. Meanwhile, the vacuum and roller will cause cellulites to become dispersed and circulated to the lymphatic system. Likewise, it will improve blood circulation and reduce the circumference of the treatment areas, resulting in a smoother and firmer skin.

Results will be noticeable immediately after the treatment and will be most visible when treated continuously. How long the results will last depends on post-treatment care. After each treatment, cellulites will be reduced and the skin will gradually and continually improve. Results will be most visible after the fourth treatment. However, individuals with a larger or plumper body may take longer to see the results. Another noticeable result is that the circumference of the treatment area will decrease (toner and firmer body).

Initially, patients are recommended to receive Vela Shape treatment 4-6 times consecutively (once per week). After that, patients should undergo Vela Shape once a month to retain the results. Each treatment lasts 25-30 minutes (depending on the treatment area).

Through the development of Vela Shape with better integration between the roller and vacuum, the procedure is painless and comfortable. Patients may feel a warm sensation similar to when receiving a massage.

Generally, the results will last 6-8 weeks. However, in the presence of diet control and exercise, the recurrence of cellulites will take longer. Patients are recommended to repeat the treatment 1-2 times per month.
